Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Flemish Front Office Technical Support Specialist located in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a hybrid working model! In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our Flemish-speaking clients, providing essential technical assistance and support for our products and services.
Responsibilities
* Assist Flemish-speaking clients with technical inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware and software.
* Document client interactions and solutions in our support system.
* Provide guidance on best practices and optimal use of our products.
* Work closely with technical teams to escape complex issues when necessary.
* Participate in ongoing training to enhance your technical knowledge and support skills.
* Gather client feedback and insights to improve our service offerings.
Requirements
* Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Prior experience in technical support or customer service preferred.
* Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear solutions.
* Familiarity with support ticketing systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.
