As a lead on complex urban development and infrastructure projects, you drive multidisciplinary coordination to deliver impactful, energy‑efficient solutions. You will work within a team focused on sustainable urban growth, integrating prefabricated construction and energy systems. This role offers the chance to shape large housing and infrastructure initiatives while aligning with JLL's mission of responsible real estate development. • Lead and coordinate complex urban development or infrastructure projects
• oversee project budgets (>€10M)
• coordinate with public administrations, developers, and specialized suppliers
• integrate multiple energy systems (electrical, solar PV, geothermal) for large residential/tertiary developments
• manage industrialised construction and prefabrication processes
• ensure regulatory compliance and environmental considerations (soil decontamination, waste management)
• lead highly specialized technical teams across disciplines
• maintain quality standards across all project components
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture or Project Management
• minimum 7 years of experience managing complex projects
• proven experience in at least 3 areas: industrial rehabilitation, soil decontamination, renewable energy, urbanisation, or public services management
• experience with budgets exceeding 10M xpzdshu
• experience in large-scale housing development and coordination with property developers (highly valued)
• demonstrable experience with energy projects (PV, geothermal) for residential/tertiary buildings
• knowledge of industrialised construction and prefabricated elements
• familiarity with environmental regulations and grid connection rules
• understanding of municipal licensing for mixed residential-tertiary developments
• knowledge of materials and quality certifications in industrialised construction
