Pinmar Yacht Supply is one of the largest European suppliers of nautical products through our stores and supply teams. We are currently looking for a proactive and client-focused Yacht Account Manager at our offices in Palma de Mallorca.
Position: Yacht Account Manager.
Location: Palma de Mallorca (on-site).
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Nautical knowledge/experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP is a plus.
* High level of English.
* Valid driving licence.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Proactive and results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, converting them into sales through tailored proposals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with yacht clients through daily on-site visits (events, shipyards, marinas).
* Deliver excellent customer service across all communication channels, ensuring client retention and growth.
* Manage orders, quotations, and client requests in coordination with internal teams.
* Follow up on quotations, orders, and outstanding receivables within your portfolio.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.
* Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
