Job Description:
The Account Manager Hotel Chains reports to the Area Manager Hotel Chains. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with hotel chains, ensuring they understand HBX's value proposition and tools to maximize revenue growth. Building rapport and trust through a consultative approach is crucial in portfolio management.
This role includes optimizing and managing hotel portfolios via Central Framework agreements, negotiating commercial conditions, and tailoring product offerings to integrate the ecosystem. The Account Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding performance and financial targets, driving profitability, and creating joint-value proposals for long-term relationships.
We are seeking candidates based in Spain or anywhere in Europe.
