Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role;
* Excellent SQLand R or Python;
* Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques;
* Experience inpresentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings;
* Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on approach toward problem solving;
* Excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Data analysis and interpretation:
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights;
* Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
Advanced analytics:
* Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to perform predictive and prescriptive analyses;
* Develop and implement models to support business decisions.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, designers and VIPs to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions;
* Act as aliaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment on data initiatives.
Mentorship and training:
* Mentor junior data analysts and guide best practices in data analysis and reporting;
* Conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
