The Medical Director leads Europ Assistance’s medical and operational functions, overseeing 24/7 general emergency medical support. They provide clinical leadership, manage multidisciplinary teams, review complex medical cases, and ensure high-quality care for domestic and international travelers. The role includes team management, strategic collaboration with global CMOs, industry relationship building, and oversight of external providers.
