Role Overview
Lead the implementation of the Finance module across new locations within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This role requires strong expertise in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with local financial and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO
* Analyze existing financial processes and adapt standard SAP solutions to meet local business and regulatory needs
* Configure and customize FICO modules, including:
* General Ledger (GL)
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Accounts Receivable (AR)
* Asset Accounting (AA)
* Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
* Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
* Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP consultants to ensure smooth system integration
* Participate in data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
* Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Deliver training sessions for key users and stakeholders
* Document processes, configurations, and key project decisions
* Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations
* Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting and managing incidents
Required Experience & Skills
* 6–7+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant
* Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations
* Proven expertise in FICO configuration and localization requirements
* Experience in data migration, testing, and cross-functional collaboration
* Ability to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams
* Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
