Senior Hangar Maintenance & Compliance Specialist (Quality & Safety Support)

We are looking to incorporate a profile with solid experience in aircraft maintenance within a hangar environment, who will act as direct support to the Quality and Safety Manager, playing a key role as a right hand within the organization.
We require a person with strong knowledge of EASA Part-145 and the aviation regulatory framework, with the ability to work in multi-regulatory environments (EASA and other applicable authorities), coordinating with production, ensuring compliance, and bringing structure in a demanding environment.
The following will be especially valued:
• Proven experience in base maintenance / hangar
• Solid knowledge of EASA regulations (Part-145 and related) and familiarity with other regulatory frameworks
• Strong management, organization, and prioritization skills in high workload environments
• Problem-solving profile, with technical judgment and autonomy in decision-making
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel
