CAREER OPENING: TECHNICAL SOURCING RECRUITER | MÁLAGA, SPAIN
Fuerte Group Hotels invites experienced and proactive Technical Sourcing Recruiters to join our Human Resources team near Málaga. This is a crucial role focused on identifying, attracting, and engaging specialized technical talent (IT, Engineering, Digital) essential for the future innovation and growth of our hotel group.
1. Position and Mission (ROLE DETAILS)
* Company: Fuerte Group Hotels (A stable, expanding hotel group).
* Location: Málaga / Marbella Area, Spain (Corporate HQ).
* Mission: Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for niche technical positions. You will significantly contribute to strengthening the Group’s technology and engineering capabilities.
2. Essential Job Functions (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
Your daily role revolves around identifying, engaging, and assessing technical candidates:
2.1. Sourcing Strategy & Pipeline Management
* First, define and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify passive technical candidates using diverse channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized networks, events, etc.).
* Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline for critical roles such as Cybersecurity Engineers, BI Analysts, and Infrastructure Engineers.
* Therefore, ensure candidates align not only technically but also culturally with the Fuerte Group’s values.
2.2. Candidate Engagement & Screening
* Actively approach and engage passive candidates through compelling outreach messages, acting as a true brand ambassador.
* Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Furthermore, collaborate closely with Hiring Managers (especially the Technology Director) to refine job specifications and understand unique team needs.
2.3. Administration & Metrics
* Track and analyze sourcing metrics (e.g., conversion rates, time-to-fill, source-of-hire) to measure effectiveness and improve strategy.
* Maintain accurate candidate data and track sourcing activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Crucially, stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscapes for technical roles in Spain and Europe.
3. Candidate Profile (JOB REQUIREMENTS)
3.1. Qualifications & Experience
* Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of dedicated experience in Technical Sourcing or Technical Recruiting.
* Expertise: Proven success sourcing roles in IT, Software Development, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity.
* Tools: Expert proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced boolean search techniques, and familiarity with an ATS (e.g., Taleo, Workday).
3.2. Language & Adaptability
* Language (MANDATORY): Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English is required to manage local and international candidates.
