**Technical Trainer**:

In this position, you will prepare and deliver technical training courses for the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of our AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), either in classroom or on site and follows up post-training day activities. You will help improve the skills and technical knowledge of AMR technicians, engineers and ABB customers from across the globe. ABB is heavily investing in the field of Robotics, and AMRs in particular. You will form part of the team working in the one of the fastest growing and most highly sought after sectors in Industry. This position is not graded yet as the country still hasn´t gone through the phase 4 of Global Grading process.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Help create technical training courses (with strong support from Subject Matter Experts and existing documentation), as well as deliver hands on and remote technical training regarding AMRs and the associated software.
- Keeps in close contact with technical Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, Sales and other stakeholder groups that support implementation of training course development and delivery.
- Evaluating training effectiveness through feedback from trainees and implements corrective action when needed.
- Work with the ABB Global Training Team (RA Academy) to develop training curricula and courseware to support ABB’s AMR products.
- Ensuring that the Training delivery is properly organized, resourced and safely implemented.
- Exceeding customer expectations by understanding and anticipating current and potential needs.
- Responsible for ensuring Excellent Customer Service and securing high level of customer satisfaction in the trainings.
**Your background**:
- 3 years of experience in industry working with industrial equipment and providing formal or informal training. Having a previous knowledge of AMRs will be well appreciated.
- Training and coaching experience strongly preferred.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills. You will be confident in presenting in front of a group of people and online.
- Desire to teach and enjoy developing people so they can succeed in their role.
- Fluency in Spanish and English a must. Other European languages highly valued.
- Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
- A technical degree in an industrial field.
