Main responsabilities
- Play a key role in the development of global brand strategies.
- Identify future growth opportunities based on relevant consumer insights and market needs.
- Develop and leverage integral product concepts.
- Track key performance indicators and business performance across geographic market.
- Collaborate closely with internal business partners and external agencies/consultants across geographic markets.
- Organize internal events with key markets and management to share and present strategy, consumer news and key project milestones.
**Profile**:
- At least 4 years of FMCG product management experience or in marketing agencies
- Fluent English is a must.
- Willingness to work in agile & diverse international environment.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to work across complex and multiple projects.
- Creative problem-solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas.
- Good business understanding to be able to identify the key issues and solutions.
- Analytical skills and data driven understanding (strong reporting skills)
- International Experience is a plus.
