Key Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and network infrastructure issues with precision and efficiency
Conduct thorough root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement preventative solutions

Perform physical repairs and equipment maintenance across data center environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive technical solutions

Basic Qualifications
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
Experience in networking
