The Role

Ideals ranks among the Top 5% of companies on RepVue, rated highly by sales professionals, and has maintained a top G2 ranking for five consecutive years due to our exceptional client service. We are seeking a Junior Sales Account Executive to join our remote EMEA team. Your primary responsibility will be managing incoming inquiries from prospective clients in EMEA and converting these into paying customers using various sales techniques.

What You Will Do

* Manage inbound requests (calls, emails, demos, meetings) from potential customers within your territory.
* Assist customers in solving complex problems using Ideals' tools and techniques.
* Achieve high Lead-to-Deal conversion rates while maintaining process compliance.
* Present products through online and offline demonstrations.
* Share market insights to improve sales strategies.
* Provide an excellent buying experience.
* Nurture and reactivate previous leads and lost deals to convert them into customers.

What You Bring

* At least 1 year of experience in a full sales cycle closing role within a SaaS environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with enthusiasm.
* Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
* Quick learner with proficiency in processing new information related to products, business, and customer needs.
* Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and client meetings.

Nice to Have

* Experience selling financial products or services.
* Additional language skills.

* Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition (30 mins).
* Role-play exercise (30 mins).
* Competency interview with Talent Acquisition (60 mins).
* Interview with Hiring Manager (60 mins).
