The Role & Team:

Infovista Corporation is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, the ability to build relationships with customers, and experience in earning customers' trust in complex sales cycles. This position will challenge the successful candidate to excel in various areas and offer significant opportunities for reward and growth.

As the Account Director for Service Providers, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, enhancing current client relationships, and developing new business with prospective clients.

The candidate will need to have a “hunting” persona for new logos and expansions within existing client bases.

In this role, the candidate will leverage their background in service assurance, network testing/optimization, and other telecom technologies to establish credibility with existing customers, partners, and prospects.

The candidate will navigate within customers' organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming their trusted advisor and expanding within Infovista’s accounts to grow the current footprint by driving innovation, automation, and value. The Account Director will work closely with customers, partners, and interface with Infovista’s Product Development and Professional/Technology Services teams to ensure successful deployments.

The candidate will use their sales experience to drive and secure business in competitive situations, focusing on achieving sales goals.

Profile: Sales Skills

* Strong drive for results and targets.
* Experience in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions.
* Ability to develop key strategies focusing on territory and key accounts.
* Industry experience and key relationships, including with C-Level and senior management.
* Strong communication and influence skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to communicate concepts to all levels within customer organizations, including engineers, managers, and executives.
* Understanding how technical sales influence business cases and coordinating internal resources to meet business goals.
* Team selling skills; proactive communication with presales, product management, R&D, and professional services teams.

Technical Knowledge

* Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, and/or other OSS solutions and systems.
* Deep understanding of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations, including CSP buyer behavior.

Personal Skills and Know-How

* Strategic thinking and process setup skills. Ability to develop strategic plans for complex deals, defeating competition, and aligning organizational structure with business needs.
* Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and vision. Ability to analyze, anticipate, and coach.
* Inspiring presence and charisma to motivate others.
* Assertiveness to uphold Infovista standards and interests.
* Prioritization and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent organizational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities.

Experience

7+ years in building and managing relationships with customers or vendors, including senior executives.

* Hunter mentality.
* Proven track record in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, and Optimization solutions or other OSS solutions.
* Strong software sales acumen.
* Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet quotas.
* Existing relationships with senior leaders at CSPs like Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, etc.
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
