DTC eCom/Digital Retention Manager EU – Barcelona / Hybrid
The Mission
Increase repeat purchase, engagement, and customer lifetime value (CLV) across our EU digital storefronts. You will own the strategy, segmentation, and automation in Klaviyo, leveraging data and experimentation to drive results.
Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Ownership: Plan and execute campaigns and flows in Klaviyo (welcome, abandon, post‐purchase, winback).
- Automation & Personalization: Build logic and dynamic blocks using behavior signals to improve segment‐level lift.
- Testing & Reporting: Own the A/B testing plan and deliver weekly/monthly reports on campaign contribution and cohort trends.
- Deliverability & Governance: Manage list hygiene, GDPR compliance, and consent/preference management.
- Future Leadership: Create SOPs and playbooks to mentor and define the structure for a future team of 2 specialists.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5–9 years in DTC/eCommerce lifecycle and retention marketing (Senior level).
- Technical Stack: Hands‐on expertise in Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation) is mandatory.
- Skills: Analytical fluency in KPI frameworks, attribution concepts, and structured A/B testing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
