You will be part of the PMO area, acting as a key player in onboarding project governance, cost controlling and operational coordination. Your role will focus on controlling project, ensuring PMO processes are followed and coordinating PMO staff, with a strong exposure to numbers, data and reporting.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Control and monitor project budgets, costs and financial performance.
* Ensure PMO standards, methodologies and governance frameworks are properly applied.
* Coordinate and oversee PMO staff, ensuring onboarding processes and internal PMO workflows are followed.
* Track project KPIs, milestones and risks, providing structured visibility to stakeholders.
* Work closely with project managers, finance and business teams.
* Identify risks, deviations and opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Contribute to decision‑making through data analysis and dashboards.
Skills and Experience
* Solid experience in a Senior PMO role, with strong focus on cost controlling.
* Experience coordinating PMO teams or supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and data.
* Knowledge of data visualization tools, Power BI or similar.
* Fluent English (C1) and Spanish.
* Residence in.
