Job title:
Customer Support – Digital Computational Pathology – Intern
Your role:
Work with incidents of the server software solutions to Philips and Customer managed environments.
Consulting the customers on technical IT topics and questions.
Excel and data analytics.
Working together with scanner engineers to connect high resolution tissue scanners to the IT backends that you set up and maintain.
Work with server and storage hardware with Philips managed standardized platforms.
Resolving incidents and finding clever workarounds for possible technical issues.
Developing and maintaining implementation best practices, document procedures, standards, and configuration settings.
Providing technical contact to customers during the implementation phase and owning the customer experience to ensure successful delivery and installation.
Working as an active part of a project team to provide the customer with a predictable and professional delivery experience.
Fluent Spanish and good English skills both written and oral. Italian and/or French could be a plus.
