- Support executive decision-making through simulations and scenario analyses that assess the operational feasibility of future business growth or supply changes.

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- At least 5/8 years of experience in capacity and supply planning, with proven exposure to factory operations and long-term production modelling in a manufacturing context (preferably FMCG).

- Demonstrated experience in standardizing planning processes and tools across multiple sites or regions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
