Our client, a leading multinational Italian pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Senior Trade & Go To Market Manager.
Job Description
The candidate will be part of the company Trade & Go To Market Department and will be responsible to:
* Defines the Go to Market Plan with channel objectives, investments and execution priorities and the related Budget;
* Ensures the analysis and evaluation of data relating to the market, in order to define the annual trade policies and the operational plan for both the direct and indirect channels;
* Drive the segmentation and targeting in terms of geography and market potential of points of sales in order to maximize sell-out results;
* Plans and implements online and offline communication initiatives and implements activities consistently with brand objectives;
* Supports the Field Force in order to illustrate trade objectives and actions and provide arguments for the sales disc of the products;
* Supports Field Force in managing relationships with Wholesalers, Networks and Retailers;
* Measures the performance of the actions implemented, detects the needs of the store and evaluates the Trade actions implemented by the competitors, through coordination with the Field Force in the visit to the Pharmacies;
* Provides constant internal reports and proposal, actively collaborates with Marketing and Sales colleagues.
Competenze ed esperienza
Education:
* Degree in Economics or equivalent;
* At least 6 years of experience within corporate contexts structured in Marketing or Trade Marketing Departments;
* Experience in international contexts in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, nutrition or cosmetics sector.
Technical Expertise:
* Excellent knowledge of English;
* Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
