As a Process Consultant, you will streamline and automate end-to-end processes to boost efficiency across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to design scalable, low-touch solutions that adapt to partner needs. You’ll drive measurable improvements in performance and support teams with adoption. This role offers a chance to shape process excellence within a global leader in technology distribution.

• Analyze current processes to spot bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Standardize, optimize, and automate processes using diverse tools and methodologies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT/RPA/Celonis teams to build sustainable solutions
• Implement changes and monitor their impact on business performance
• Provide support and training to business teams on new processes and tools
Responsabilidades
• +5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally pan-European
• Strong understanding of BPM tools and optimization methods (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or other project methodologies
• Experience with change management on multi-country projects
• Process mining tools experience (Celonis) and AI tool familiarity a plus
• SAP knowledge (ECC, HANA, BW) a xpzdshu plus
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient English communication and writing; strong stakeholder communication
