The Role’s Key Responsibilities and TasksManage a Cloud Contact Centre technology based on an omnichannel solution (voice, chat, emails, AI automation).Handle the IT infrastructure of the call center platform (siptrunks, MPLS, webRTC…) with Telco knowledge.Challenge the status quo daily by using innovative technologies to enhance customer experience.Integrate with different vendors, APIs, and systems to act as one.Provide outstanding support to troubleshoot production challenges.What you need to succeed :
Good to haveIT / Telco degree with minimum 3-5 years proven experience in a similar role.Understanding of contact center technology, especially Genesys Cloud.Knowledge of multi-channel contact solutions (voice, bots, AI, apps).API capabilities and developer skills for customization.Good knowledge of telecom networks, principles, and terminology.Ability to work with data reporting tools like Google BigQuery.Flexibility, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure and deadlines.Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Fluent English;
