The selected candidate will join new technology projects, specifically in the Data Center sector. The Sr Health Safety and Wellbeing Manager provides visible Health and Safety guidance to the project, promoting positive health and wellbeing practices and adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
Act as an advisor on all matters relating to Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) and apply professional standards to ensure best practice.

Provide HSW advice to managers and project managers to assist them in achieving project objectives.

Advise on and interpret project contractual and statutory requirements and obligations to protect the project's integrity and ensure legal compliance.
Establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners and suppliers to assist the achievement of project targets
Able to undertake performance monitoring and measurement.
Proven knowledge of construction techniques and their implications for safety.
Demonstrable knowledge of all aspects of construction Health and Safety.
Knowledge of occupational health.
Knowledge of behavioural safety techniques.
