In this On-Trade role, you contribute to growing Bacardi brands in the proximity channel and support two strategic objectives: EFO and a new operating model. You oversee the commercial plan for On-Trade customers within the Country Integrated Activity Plan, driving distribution, visibility, and consumer activation at the point of purchase. You identify opportunities to maximize value and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth, particularly in the premium portfolio and innovations.

• Implement the commercial plan for On-Trade customers in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP)
• Negotiate in Point of Sale to achieve distribution and visibility targets
• Drive use of Picture of Success and activation approaches to influence consumers at purchase
• Identify opportunities and guide development of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance in On-Trade
• Execute strategies that deliver value creation in the region
Responsabilidades
• Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred
• Demonstrable affinity with On Trade, xpzdshu Events and / or Promotions
• Ability to organize work independently
• Solid negotiation skills
• Good communicator and active listener
