YOUR ROLE
- Lead the development team in the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
- Develop custom solutions and user interfaces using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
- Provide detailed effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate associated benefits and risks.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to design standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and support manuals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce system aligns with the company’s business processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and features to provide guidance on best practices.
- Mentor and oversee the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
YOUR PROFILE
- Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Proven experience in technical leadership and managing development teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development and architectural best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator).
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable.
