At Zurich Technology Delivery Center (TDC) in Barcelona, we create a collaborative, tech‑driven environment that fosters continuous learning and growth. This role is part of Zurich Insurance Group’s global TDC, focused on software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
* Lead the ongoing enhancement and delivery of cyber security services, ensuring processes are effective, consistent, and aligned with industry best practices.
* Oversee the development, maintenance, and accessibility of the Cyber Framework Controls (CFC) documentation library.
* Develop and manage comprehensive cyber communications strategies and deliver clear, actionable reporting and metrics to stakeholders.
* Identify and implement opportunities to commercialize cyber security initiatives, supporting business growth and demonstrating the value of cyber programs.
* Lead the creation and delivery of training programs to enhance cyber awareness and technical skills across the organization.
* Establish and nurture a network of Cyber Security Champions to promote best practices, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
* Coordinate responses to audits and regulatory inquiries, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and timely delivery of required documentation.
* Partner with project teams to embed cyber security considerations from project inception through delivery.
* Lead post‑incident reviews, capturing lessons learned from critical security events and integrating improvements into processes and training.
Qualifications
* Educational & Professional Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
o Professional certifications (highly desirable): CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure Security, SANS (e.G., GIAC certifications), or equivalent.
* Experience:
o Minimum of 3–7 years in cybersecurity roles, including service delivery, consulting, or professional services.
o Proven experience across the full project delivery lifecycle (scoping, design, implementation, handover) using structured methodologies (e.G., Agile, Waterfall).
o Hands‑on involvement in managing and supporting delivery of cybersecurity services such as vulnerability assessments, SOC operations, IAM, GRC, or incident response.
o Experience with Power BI for reporting, analytics, or service performance visualisation.
* Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards: ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, GDPR.
o Knowledge of threat assessment, risk management, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing fundamentals.
o Experience with security operations and tools: SIEM (e.G., Splunk, OpenSearch, Cribl), EDR/XDR, firewalls, IAM, and vulnerability management platforms.
o Familiarity with cloud security principles (AWS/Azure) and network infrastructure security.
* Service Delivery & Operational Skills:
o Ability to engage and manage client relationships as a primary point of contact.
o Skilled at monitoring service‑level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
o Proficient in preparing documentation, technical reports, proposals, and client presentations.
o Experience in process improvement and quality assurance within service delivery.
* Soft Skills & Professional Attributes:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
o Collaborative team player—comfortable working with technical, sales, and product teams as well as external stakeholders.
o Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
