About the Position:

Overview: Under the supervision of the immediate supervisor, the Lab Technician I participates in manufacturing processes following quality, quantity, lead time, safety, and environmental rules. Tasks include preparing materials, reagents, and equipment, running laboratory tests, compiling data, and performing routine maintenance.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct manufacturing processes and laboratory tests according to instructions.
* Operate laboratory equipment.
* Compile manufacturing data, perform calculations, and document records.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area following regulations.
* Follow laboratory, quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
* Assist in transferring and setting up new processes and systems as needed.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities, including 5S and Lean Six Sigma.
* Collaborate mainly with R&D, Quality, and Operations teams.
Qualifications:
* Education: Minimum Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio in Science or Health-related field, with relevant work experience. Higher degrees are a plus.
* Experience: Specific experience in cell culture, molecular biology, biochemistry, lab automation, or clinical analyzers may be required depending on the role.
* Skills: Proficiency in Office tools (Excel & Word), basic knowledge of SAP, fluency in Spanish or Catalan, basic English skills.
* Additional Skills: Ability to calibrate and operate technical equipment accurately, teamwork, attention to detail, good communication skills.
Travel Requirements: Sporadic travel expected.
