After doubling the size of our teams in the past two years, we aim to continue this growth by recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our Barcelona team and support the development of the Polish market.
Responsibilities
* Prospecting, building, developing, and managing your client portfolio
* Qualifying, recruiting, and following-up with freelance consultants
Note: 70% sales / 30% recruitment
Our Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 2 years experience in building your own client portfolio in the Polish Market
* Enjoys prospecting and cold calling
* Native Polish, fluent in English
* Results and target-driven

Interview Process
