Back Office Specialist with French .Main responsibilities:
Prepare data for the Pre-Sales Team, manage scoring models and data providers to ensure the best quality of contacts.Perform data quality checks and cleaning processes, and ensure data is properly updated in the database according to business needs.Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.Conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.Stay informed about industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.Perform data mapping, construction, and extraction.Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan sourcing areas according to the sales team’s needs.Identify and correct data quality issues.Deliver a set of contacts based on quarterly targets.Maintain data accuracy and integrity.Requirements:
Experience in data management, quality, and cleaning.Proficiency in French (C2 level).Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).Experience with CRM systems.Quick learner of new processes and tools such as Qlik.Good verbal and written communication skills.Motivation and personality geared towards customer satisfaction and resolution.Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.Candidates must be located in Spain.Offer:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.Salary:
