About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver robust technical solutions aligned with business needs and architectural standards
* Lead end-to-end development efforts, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance
* Translate functional specifications into detailed technical designs and operational processes
* Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards throughout delivery
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution integration and user experience
* Provide expert technical guidance and influence stakeholders across business and IT
* Take ownership of project execution, ensuring timely and effective solution delivery
Role Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
* Over 12 years of experience designing and delivering complex, cross-functional technical solutions
* Strong background in programming and solution architecture across diverse technologies
* Proven ability to integrate or implement commercial off-the-shelf software products
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior IT and business stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Self-driven and capable of working independently in a matrixed, multicultural environment
* Experience in regulated industries, ideally pharmaceuticals, including computer system validation.
* Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and delivering in iterative development cycles
* Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and digital transformation initiatives
