Export Manager – Family Winery in Expansion
Nadal is a Corpinnat sparkling and still wine producer rooted in the Penedès since 1943, currently exporting to more than 20 countries. In this context, we are looking to bring on an Export Manager who will contribute strategically to the development and consolidation of our export markets.
Key responsibilities
* Manage and develop the international client portfolio
* Open new markets and consolidate existing ones
* Define and implement the export strategy alongside management
* Negotiate commercial terms with distributors
* Represent the winery at international trade fairs and commercial trips
* Report on sales performance and market trends
* Coordinate with production and logistics teams
Candidate profile
* Proven negotiation skills and ability to build lasting partnerships
* Strong commercial drive and a genuine passion for sales
* Autonomous, proactive and results-driven
* Genuine appreciation for the product, its origins, and long-term family projects
* Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish required, other languages valued
* Availability to travel at least 5 times a year
