Overview We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our GSS Regional Marketing Team as the Regional Market Development Manager - EMEA for General Services & Support (GSS).
What will you do? Lead regional commercial engagement, training, and meetings to align with GSS business strategy and drive demand for service & support offerings.
Collaborate with GSS Sales, LSG Product Sales, and Global Market Development to track and optimize regional marketing and sales campaigns.
Partner with global product managers to localize service offerings and enhance portfolio performance.
Provide regional customer and market insights to advise and improve global strategies.
Adapt global campaigns and materials for effective in-region deployment.
Manage regional pricing, including list price, discount structures, distributor price books, and NPIs.
Monitor regional market performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions with sales and service leaders.
Support service & support NPI launches through go-to-market plans, pricing, sales training, and localized activities.
Act as a brand ambassador by representing our multi-brand strategy across all marketing programs.
Who we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
Experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns, or strong commercial background with interest in transitioning to marketing.
Creative problem solver with strong composition and messaging instincts, and ability to optimize campaigns based on results.
Proficient in developing connections with customers, key opinion leaders, and internal collaborators.
Strong project management skills, with ability to deliver on scope, budget, and schedule.
Analytical skills to interpret sophisticated technical, market, and research data.
Experience with life sciences or clinical research products/services preferred, but not required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with AI tools.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% annually.
Proficient in English.
Office-based at one of our European Life Sciences Group sites.
