About the Role
We are looking for a Community Manager with a high level of English for our agency, Ogilvy Madrid.
What You’ll Do
Community management, reposting content, managing User-Generated Content (UGC), and customer service.
Scheduling and planning posts.
Identifying new conversations relevant to the brand.
Monitoring and analyzing brand sentiment on social media profiles.
Generating reports.
What You’ll Need
High level of English.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Experience in managing social media accounts.
Proficiency in social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, G+, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Familiarity with Community Management and Publishing tools like Sprinklr.
Background in Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or Audiovisual Communication.
What we offer
Permanent contract.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with one hour for lunch, and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. During July and August, working hours will be from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
