brFull Funnel Ownership: Analyze and optimize the entire user journey, from initial touchpoint to sign-up, ensuring a seamless conversion experience.
brScale Paid Organic Channels: Manage and evolve our existing Google Ads and SEO strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
brGo-to-Market for Mid-Market/Enterprise: Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to attract larger accounts.
brData Experimentation: Run continuous A/B tests on landing pages and messaging to improve conversion rates (CRO).
brResource Management: Identify gaps in our strategy and hire/manage freelancers (copywriters, designers, developers) to execute specific tasks, always justified by ROI.
brAI LLM Strategy: Monitor and optimize our presence in AI-driven search engines (Perplexity, ChatGPT, etc.) to ensure Heesy remains a top-of-mind solution.

brExperience: 4+ years in Digital Marketing, with a proven track record in a B2B SaaS environment (mandatory).
brLanguage: Native or professional bilingual English (C1/C2). You will be communicating with a global audience.
brAnalytical Mindset: Expert level in GA4, Tag Manager, and attribution models. You make decisions based on data, not hunches.
brT-Shaped Marketer: Deep expertise in Paid Media (Search/Social) with a strong understanding of SEO, Email Marketing, and Product-Led Growth (PLG).
brAutonomy Drive: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable being the first dedicated marketing hire in the office.
brLocation: Based in or willing to work from our office in Berango 3 days a week.
