Experteer Overview In this role you drive adoption of Agilent’s Digital Pathology solutions, engaging customers across clinical and research environments. You will lead cross-functional sales efforts, map opportunities, and articulate Agilent’s value in a fast-growing market. You collaborate with pathologists, laboratory leaders, and IT teams to shape workflow optimization and AI-enabled pathology tools. You’ll influence decisions through demonstrations, strategic alignments, and strong pipeline discipline, with a focus on long-term customer success. This position offers the chance to shape digital pathology deployment in healthcare and research settings and to work within an international, dynamic team.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Drive growth of Digital Pathology from prospecting to close by coordinating internal stakeholders - Identify and expand relationships with pathologists, laboratory directors, healthcare administrators and IT managers - Partner with strategic collaborators to broaden market penetration and scale adoption - Analyze competitor footprints and develop strategies to displace incumbents - Collaborate with field sales, product management, field marketing, and implementations teams to strengthen the full sales cycle - Ensure clear handover to implementation and service teams with detailed customer requirements - Assess customer workflows and align solutions to IT and diagnostic requirements - Support post-sales adoption, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities - Represent Agilent at industry events to promote Digital Pathology and commercial impactResponsabilidades - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences;
Master’s or PhD preferred - Minimum three years in healthcare SaaS and/or pathology imaging hardware sales (LIS, IMS, image-management platforms, or digital pathology scanners) - Proven success in digital/software sales with ability to address complex customer needs - Strong IT infrastructure awareness (LIS/HIS), cybersecurity, and data management in pathology deployments - Experience with H&E, IHC, microscopy, and AI-enabled workflow applications - Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration across geographies - Proficiency with Salesforce.Com or other digital sales tools - Highly motivated, organized, and capable of independent work with urgency - Excellent verbal and written communication for technical presentations - Native Spanish and fluent English - Autonomous, customer-focused, team player with problem-solving mindset - Strong time management and ability to handle concurrent prioritiesRequisitos principales - Outstanding company culture - Career development opportunities - Company pension scheme - Yearly company bonus - Private health care - Medical & life insurance
