Role Purpose:

Moneycorp is seeking a highly educated and well‑connected Business Development/Relationship Account Manager with a strong presence in the Real Estate community, Banking Sector or Lawyers sector. We have positions available in Valencia, Alicante and Murcia. The ideal candidate will also possess a deep understanding of, or established relationships with, Wealth Management firms, accountants, law firms, and property developers. This expertise will be instrumental in broadening Moneycorp’s referral business model and driving significant growth.

Role Responsibilities:

- Acquire and grow Moneycorp’s Private Clients in Valencia / Alicante or Murcia, increasing revenue and client value.
- Promote the business by collaborating with wealth management companies, accounting firms, law firms and real‑estate developers.
- Expand the company’s presence in the region.
- Propose and organise events to foster business growth.
- Continue strengthening relationships with existing partners, especially in the real‑estate and legal sectors.
- Ensure the business operates with a consistent set of key performance indicators (KPIs) and that partner agreements are profitable.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- At least 2 years of experience in sales/commercial management within the financial services (banking) or real‑estate sector.
- Knowledge of the referral‑based business model within the financial or real‑estate services sector in the region.
- Extensive network of contacts with real‑estate companies, developers, lawyers, accountants and wealth‑management funds to enhance referral‑based business in Spain.
- Experience working in a results‑oriented sales environment.
- Good knowledge of the local market and business community in the assigned region.
- Ability to maximise local relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently while collaborating with larger teams.
- Strong work ethic.

Languages:

- Previous experience in a bilingual professional environment using both Spanish and English. Additional Scandinavian language will be a plus.
