What You’ll Do
* This is a hands-on hybrid role — part content creator, part ad buyer, part community builder. You will:
* Own and manage the social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
* Write engaging captions and schedule daily posts.
* Launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (IG / FB) and TikTok Ads.
* Track and report on campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, reach, etc.).
* Manage comments, DMs, and tags to build community presence.
* Coordinate with creators and influencers for UGC and reposts.
* Repurpose newsletter / blog content into short-form social formats.
* Share weekly insights and content performance reports.
Who You Are
* 2–4 years of experience in social and paid marketing for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
* Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Notion, Slack.
* Excellent written English for captions and community interactions.
* Able to collaborate across time zones, especially with our Asia-based team (3–4 hrs overlap with CST).
Bonus Points For
* Background in fashion, streetwear, or activewear.
* Experience managing or growing a digital brand community.
* Light graphic design or email marketing experience.
Preferred Locations
Remote in: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Poland.
Must be available for 3–4 hours of overlap with China Standard Time (GMT+8).
