Key job responsibilities
The Regional Maintenance Manager will oversee multiple complex projects, influence stakeholders, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Responsibilities Include :
* Manage operational relationships with third parties, support teams, and internal partners
* Identify cost and efficiency improvement opportunities
* Implement and follow standard operational procedures
* Influence external service providers to achieve successful outcomes
* Commit to continuous learning and professional development
* Use data and metrics to analyze and improve maintenance processes
* Communicate data insights clearly and drive positive change
* Conduct root cause analysis to resolve maintenance issues
* Identify savings and partnership opportunities leveraging industry best practices and innovations
* Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers
Travel may be required up to 50%, depending on business needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 7+ years of employee and performance management experience
* 5+ years in distribution or manufacturing with mechanical or electrical expertise
* 7+ years in facilities, office, administrative, or hospitality management
* Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays
* Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with electrical, mechanical, automation controls in design review
* Knowledge of conveyor systems, electrical schematics, CMMS, preventive maintenance, industrial controls and electronics
