THE ROLE
Responsible for leveraging technology to serve marketing and strategy goals. This person will lead both national and international projects, focusing on the implementation and development of Salesforce technology, primarily Marketing Cloud and/or other Marketing Automation tools (Adobe, Braze, Selligent, etc.).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure and implement Marketing Cloud tools
Guide clients in adopting new technologies
Define and apply data models to manage contacts
Co-create multichannel customer experiences
Facilitate and share best practices in marketing automation
Make data-driven decisions supported by existing technologies
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years of experience, specific technical knowledge, tool/programming language proficiency, soft skills
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (certification preferred)
Proficiency in SQL & AMP Script
Knowledge of customer and multichannel journeys, including modules like Email, Social Studio, Content Builder, Customer Journeys, and Google 360
Familiarity with Sales & Service Clouds
Basic understanding of SQL for targeting audiences in campaigns
Strong communication skills for client-facing tasks (presentations, demos, leading meetings)
High analytical capabilities
Problem-solving skills within marketing automation projects
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
Dynamic personality capable of working with various clients
Additional functions as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant at MRM include:
Developing marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud
Implementing segmentation with SQL and filters
Creating and modifying HTMLs for Marketing Cloud
Conducting training sessions and documenting processes
Presenting work to clients
Developing customer journeys triggered via Google 360
