About The Role
We are looking for German/Danish/Dutch or Hebrew speaking Onboarding Account Managers to join an international team supporting high‑potential Nordic clients in the digital marketing and online advertising ecosystem.
Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full‑time
Key Responsibilities
* Advise and onboard new clients while designing high‑performing PPC campaigns.
* Conduct outbound calls to promote products and drive engagement.
* Understand client goals and offer tailored solutions aligned with their objectives.
* Set up strategic, impactful advertising campaigns to ensure immediate and long‑term success.
* Identify upselling opportunities while actively reducing churn.
* Maintain accurate customer records and workflows using CRM platforms.
* Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
* C2‑level proficiency in German, Danish, Dutch or Hebrew - plus C1 English.
* Multilingual abilities are considered a strong asset.
* Bachelor's degree (Master’s in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
* Minimum 20 months of client‑facing sales or marketing experience.
* Strong ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and AI‑driven support tools.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.
* Solid understanding of the Nordic market, including cultural dynamics and GDPR regulations.
