PbGENERAL DESCRIPTION /b /ppReporting to the Head of OM Excellence, the OM Governance Processes Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining OM processes, procedures, and operational standards to ensure consistency, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment across assets, regions, and corporate functions. /ppbr/ppThe role will work cross-functionally with Operations, Asset Integrity, Asset Management, HSE and external contractors, contributing to operational excellence and the scalability of the company’s OM model. The role will also support CMMS integration and driving best practices across the OM organization. /ppbr/ppThe ideal candidate has a strong analytical and process-structuring capabilities with experience in aligning procedures and digital maintenance tools and ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions. /ppbr/ppOW has 2.5 gigawatts of projects in operation or awarded across 4 countries (Portugal, Scotland, France, Poland) and we are growing. /ppbr/ppbMAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /b /pulliAct as the corporate focal point for OM processes and procedures. /liliCollect, review, and consolidate existing OM procedures, work instructions, and operational documentation across assets and functions. /liliDevelop and maintain procedures, workflows, templates, and corporate standards. /liliPlay an active role in the implementation and integration of the selected CMMS, translating operational and maintenance processes into standardized system workflows. Develop guidelines, procedures, and business rules to ensure consistent and efficient CMMS utilization across the fleet. /liliEnsure alignment between procedures and digital maintenance tools. /liliCoordinate with sites operational and OM Corporate teams and subject matter experts to validate and continuously improve procedures. /liliParticipate in operational readiness reviews, process workshops, and lessons learned sessions. /liliInterface with OEMs, service providers, and internal stakeholders. /liliIdentify opportunities for process improvement and standardization. /liliSupport the maintenance of a centralized OM procedures library within corporate DMS tool. /li /ulpbr/ppbACADEMIC BACKGROUND AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE /b /pulliA degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent) is preferred. /liliExperience developing operational and maintenance procedures. /liliQualifications in process management, reliability, or maintenance management will be valuable. /lili5+ years of experience in industrial OM, renewable energy, or offshore operations. /liliHands-on experience working with CMMS/EAM systems. /li /ulpbr/ppbREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES: /b /ppDemonstrable knowledge in the following areas is required: /pulliProcess mapping and procedure development. /liliMaintenance and operational workflows. /liliCMMS/EAM systems knowledge. /liliTechnical writing and document management skills. /liliKnowledge of maintenance and reliability methodologies. /liliUnderstanding of HSE and offshore operational standards. /liliStrong analytical and organizational skills. /liliAbility to collaborate across multiple teams and functions. /liliHigh level of autonomy and accountability. /liliComfortable working in international environments. /liliKnowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications in OM is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppbLANGUAGES /b /pulliThe company has an international team of employees, and the working language is English.
