Head of Business Development / Business Development Director
Push Gaming is a leading provider of premium, mobile-optimized slot games for online and mobile casinos. We pride ourselves on creating top-quality entertainment for players and delivering exceptional results for our partners. As we expand in regulated markets, we seek a driven leader to head our Business Development function.
We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Head of Business Development / Business Development Director to lead our global BD efforts, focusing on regulated markets. This high-impact leadership role involves developing and executing a clear business development strategy, managing distribution partnerships, and building a high-performing team.
What you’ll be responsible for :
* Developing and owning Push Gaming’s global business development plan.
* Identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities in current and emerging regulated markets.
* Leading commercial negotiations with operators.
* Building, mentoring, and leading a small but effective Business Development team.
* Setting clear goals and ensuring the team meets revenue and expansion targets.
* Managing and growing key partnerships with distributors and platform providers.
* Ensuring smooth commercial and technical onboarding of new clients.
* Staying updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
* Building and maintaining industry networks.
What you'll bring :
* Proven experience in a senior Business Development leadership role within the iGaming industry.
* A strong track record of driving growth, especially in regulated markets.
* Experience managing teams and leading through influence and collaboration.
* Deep understanding of content distribution channels.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to think big and execute effectively.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel regularly for industry events and meetings.
Location : Remote or hybrid in UK, Malta, Gibraltar, or Spain. Regular travel required.
Salary : Negotiable, based on experience.
