Model unit economics by product (solar, heat pumps, batteries, EV charging)Analyze profitability by geography (Spain and Italy)Analyze profitability by channel (B2 C and B2 B)Ensure fully loaded contribution margin control at installation level Banking & Capital Structure
Manage banking relationshipsNegotiate credit facilities and debt instrumentsEnsure covenant compliance Legal Oversight
