Working closely with the General Counsel and Directors across all Legal areas, this role drives operational excellence, digital transformation, AI integration, strong governance, and cross‑team alignment. You will play a central part in shaping a future‑ready, digitally enabled Legal organization.Job Responsibilities Operational Excellence & PerformanceOptimize processes, workflows, and SLAs for fast, business‑centric Legal services.Define and track KPIs including cycle times, satisfaction scores, risk metrics, and work volume dashboards.Coordinate improvement initiatives with Stakeholders across Corporate, Commercial, Compliance, Litigation, Internal Audit, GRC and more.
