We are looking for someone to join our team and work within the Finance Department. At Bornan, we operate based on events and projects, where profitability can be affected during the preparation and execution phases. This Controller position acts as a preventive financial control system. You would be the person who monitors and anticipates the financial performance of each project to ensure everything runs according to plan.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent experience is also considered.
- Advanced level of Excel.
- High level of English.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis (P&L;, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset and proactivity.
What will you do?
- Prepare budgets for each project.
- Build and update a dynamic rolling forecast.
- Analyze variances and margins per project.
- Monitor contractual milestones for each project.
- Manage (collections and payments), project-specific cash flow projection and control.
- Support the preparation of the budget, forecast, and cash flow for each company within the group.
