WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a person eager to start their professional career in B2B demand generation and go-to-market consulting, to join our team in the Bilbao office, developing as a Sales Development Representative in the European market, with a special focus on the DACH area, who is fluent in Spanish, English, and German.
WHAT IS A JUNIOR SDR AT THE REVENUE?
It is a recent graduate or a student in their final year of university, with a high level of English, German, and Spanish, who will start their career in B2B prospecting, learning the most advanced demand generation methodologies and tools while actively contributing to client acquisition in the European market.
Will learn from the start:

JUNIOR SDR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform outbound prospecting in the DACH and European markets
* Identify and build target contact databases
* Qualify leads through research and initial contact
* Use intent data to identify potential leads
* Support in the preparation and follow-up of commercial meetings
* Manage CRM tools and update contact information
* Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls)
* Follow up on opportunities
* Collaborate with the team in optimizing demand generation processes
* Proactively collaborate in achieving defined individual and collective goals
* Learn and apply B2B prospecting best practices
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Student in the final year of university or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or Engineering
* Previous experience in internships related to sales, digital marketing, or B2B customer service is a plus
* Demonstrable fluent English (C1) - MANDATORY
* Demonstrable fluent German (C1) - MANDATORY
* Demonstrable fluent Spanish (C1) - MANDATORY
* Passion for constant learning, curiosity, and questioning the status quo
* Optimistic, enthusiastic, and with a commercial mindset
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
