Key Responsibilities (English)
Translate business goals into actionable digital marketing plans for different zones in the Surgery segment
Lead all the paid media activities working closely with the media agency by providing clear briefs, keeping regular check-ins and performance reviews of campaign execution
Oversee campaign execution and reporting, ensuring KPIs and success metrics are met
Optimize lead lifecycle management and database segmentation.
Support education and capability-building initiatives for local marketing teams
Ensure compliance with global standards and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications (German)
Fundierte Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing, Kampagnenmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich
Erfahrung im Multichannel-Marketing, Marketing Automation (bevorzugt Marketo) und SFDC
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung mit Digital-Marketing-Analytics und Reporting-Tools (PowerBI)
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umfeld erfolgreich zu arbeiten
Fließende Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind ein starker Pluspunkt, Spanisch und/oder Französisch wären "nice-to-have", sind aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
Qualifications (English)
Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related field
Expertise in multi-channel marketing, marketing automation (Marketo preferred), and SFDC
Strong analytical skills with experience in digital marketing analytics and reporting tools (PowerBI)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluency in English; is required; fluent German is a strong "nice to have" and very good Spanish and/or French are even better but definitely no must have
