About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to motivated individuals from any background. No prior AI or technical experience needed — just a sharp eye, a consistent work ethic, and the ability to follow detailed guidelines.

What You'll Do
* Complete structured tasks — including labeling, rating, and classification — that train AI models to perform better
* Evaluate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats for quality and accuracy
* Follow detailed rubrics and guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
* Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality AI responses using structured feedback tools
* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
* Detail-oriented and able to follow precise instructions with consistency
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without close supervision
* Strong written communication skills in English
* Comfortable using web-based tools and digital platforms
* Curious about AI and eager to contribute to its development
* No prior AI, tech, or data experience required
Nice to Have
* Experience in editing, research, quality assurance, or content evaluation
* Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an end user
* Background in critical analysis, writing, or fact-checking
