At Getnet, we are looking for an AI & Data Strategy Associate to join our team in Madrid.
What you'll do
The AI & Data Strategy Associate is a strategic role in a global organization, a leader in the payments industry.
You will support the coordination of the portfolio of Data & AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, execution with quality, and visibility of outcomes to stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
Working closely with cross-functional teams (product, technology, finance, business) to ensure initiatives generate tangible outcomes.
Preparing executive reports to give visibility to global and local sponsors.
What we're looking for
Proven experience leading teams or multidisciplinary projects.
Familiarity with AI productization, lifecycle management, and compliance frameworks (experience with MLOps / LLMOps is a plus).
Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Experience working in a global environment in transformation, where Data & AI are key drivers of business growth.
Contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of payments and commerce.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams, learning from leaders across the group.
