As Growth Marketing Manager, you drive user acquisition and revenue growth through Affiliate and Influencer channels in Spain, while coordinating cross-functional efforts to scale partnerships. You’ll manage day-to-day partner operations, negotiations, and performance optimization, and you’ll lead data-driven insights and reporting to steer growth. This role combines strategic partnership work with hands-on marketing execution in a fast-paced fintech environment, offering autonomy and impact at scale. You’ll be central to expanding N26’s footprint in the Spanish market and elevating brand presence through collaborative campaigns.

• Define, optimize and execute Affiliate and Influencer strategy aligned to business goals
• Manage Spanish Affiliate/Influencer network operations, pipeline, relationships, negotiation and performance
• Conduct data-driven analyses on acquisition, profitability, product penetration and retention
• Own channel performance reporting for weekly/monthly growth reviews
• Improve marketing processes for partnership tracking, attribution and payout/budgeting (Spanish market)
• Ensure content compliance and internal controls
• Identify and execute growth initiatives across paid, partnerships, and offline channels
• Plan and coordinate co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners
• Lead offline growth activities (media placements, displays, events) and social collaborations
• Coordinate content creation with external experts to boost brand awareness
• Proactively discover new growth opportunities and experiments
Responsabilidades
• +5 years in high-paced marketing agencies or performance marketing roles
• At least 2 years managing Affiliate and Influencer programs xpzdshu
• Proven track record building/scaling partnerships in Spain
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) and advanced Excel/Sheets
• Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills (CPA, CPL, fees, commissions)
• Fluency in Spanish; English required for collaboration
• Experience in fintech/banking is a plus
