The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering within industrial environments, with a focus on MES implementations, and the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders.
Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.
WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing environments and industrial processes.
• Experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in process and workflow definition.
• Solid skills in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Familiarity with requirement traceability, testing, and documentation.
• Experience with MES applications (DEL MIA APRISO is a strong plus).
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? • Gather functional requirements from business users for MES implementations in machining environments.
• Define and document test plans and functional specifications.
• Write detailed functional documentation for systems and processes.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and testing activities.
• Manage sprints and contribute to Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and solutions.
